As a priest, educator, and spiritual companion, I created this virtual sanctuary for you.

For years, I ran away from an obscure and mysterious sense of call, preferring the familiarity and predictability of institutional ministry. After reaching a breaking point in my vocational life, I knew I could no longer ignore the unrelenting still small voice (and occasional roaring, flashing thunder) calling me to accompany people on the far margins of the wilderness, beyond the traditional structures of spiritual care and chartered territories of meaning-making.

By sheer grace, I took a leap, and it was truly the most faithful and rewarding decision I ever made.

This transformed my work as a parish pastor and a professor of theology, but it also gave me the opportunity to accompany brilliant, whole, and resourceful individuals like yourself, who are seeking to engage in discernment and imagination, step into greater clarity and authenticity, and act with boldness and courage to change and transform their mind, heart, community, and world.
